What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Lewis Kerr sent the £2,934 plus VAT order form. CFO Graeme Charlton did not sign and asked what the return is, citing light usage. Lewis agreed to send a note on current use and removed any deadline pressure.
Ask: Lewis asked for signature so the order could be confirmed by 8 Sep 2025; it sits under the existing agreement.
Customer view: Graeme wants to tell the board what the extra buys, says usage has been light, and wants Kirsty to confirm budget.
Next: Lewis conceded the expansion only pays back if more contract managers ask the brain regularly. He will send a note on referrals and reporting-turnaround tickets.

- Lewis Kerr 4 Sep 2025 14:32Graeme, Please find the order form for the expansion, ready for your signature. The value is £2,934 plus VAT, co-termed to your renewal on 5 Jan 2026, and it sits under your existing agreement, so no new terms. If you can sign by Monday I can get it confirmed on our side by 8 Sep 2025. Let me know if anything in it needs changing. Kind regards, Lewis
- Graeme Charlton 5 Sep 2025 10:51Lewis, Thank you. Before I sign, what's the return? Usage has been light and I'd like to be able to tell the board what this extra buys us. Is that within budget for this year? I believe so, but I want Kirsty to confirm. Graeme
- Lewis Kerr 10 Sep 2025 08:27Graeme, Fair questions, and I'd rather you signed knowing the answer. The honest position is that the expansion only pays back if more of your contract managers are asking the brain regularly. I can put together a short note showing how each trust's referrals and reporting-turnaround tickets are being used today, so you have something to take to the board. The date of 8 Sep 2025 has passed, so there is no pressure from our side. I'll send that note over today and we can agree the next step after you've read it. Kind regards, Lewis
