What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr asked CFO Graeme Charlton for a call on commercial terms and raised softer summer usage. Graeme confirmed fewer people are in the system and will commit to nothing new, but accepted a Friday call.
Ask: Lewis wanted half an hour on the commercial terms and opened the usage dip before the renewal on 5 Jan 2026. He promised no new proposal.
Customer view: Graeme agrees usage is down because a couple of contract managers were moved onto other work. He will not commit to anything new while that is the picture.
Next: Lewis sends an invitation for Friday morning and tests whether the 40 licensed users still fit the remaining contract managers.

- Lewis Kerr 26 Aug 2025 16:14Hello Graeme, I would like to find half an hour with you this week or early next to go through the commercial terms for Kingdon. Aisha has been helpful on the detail, but this is a decision for you and I do not want to assume anything on your behalf. I have also noticed usage on your side has softened over the summer, and I would rather we talked about that openly than have it surface at renewal on 5 Jan 2026. Would a call suit you? Kind regards, Lewis
- Graeme Charlton 27 Aug 2025 09:12Lewis, Thanks for being straight about it. Yes, I have seen the same. What has changed on our side is that a couple of the contract managers have been pulled onto other work, so fewer people are in the system than when we signed. I am not going to commit to anything new while that is the picture. I would still take the call: Friday morning is possible. Graeme
- Lewis Kerr 28 Aug 2025 17:20Graeme, Thank you, that is useful context. Friday morning is fine and I'll send an invitation this evening. I won't bring a new proposal. The aim is to understand who needs the brain, what you are paying for the 40 licensed users, and whether the current set-up is right for the contract managers who remain. If it is not, I would rather say so now. Kind regards, Lewis
