Lewis Kerr sent the £2,934 excluding VAT expansion proposal, co-termed to 5 Jan 2026, with 8 Sep 2025 pencilled for the order form. Graeme Charlton asked what it returns and wants one page.

Ask: Graeme wants to know what the spend gets Kingdon that it does not already have, in one page. He thinks it is probably within budget but wants Aisha's view on the need first.

Customer view: open but unconvinced on value so far. The order form date is Lewis's pencilled date, not confirmed by the customer.

Next: Lewis to send a one-page summary and build the return case with Aisha.

Hello both, Following our call, here is the expansion proposal for Kingdon Diagnostics. To put a number on it, the deal comes to £2,934 excluding VAT, co-termed to your renewal on 5 Jan 2026, so there is no separate renewal date to manage. It sits under your existing Growth contract, which covers 40 licensed users. Nothing else in your terms changes. I'd like to agree a decision date with you both. I am pencilling in 8 Sep 2025 for the order form, but that is yours to confirm. Kind regards, Lewis

Lewis, Thanks. What's the return? I can see the cost, but I need to know what it gets us that we do not already have. Is that within budget? Probably, but I would like Aisha's view on the need first. Let's keep it simple: one page, what we get, what it costs. Graeme

Graeme, Aisha, Understood. I'll send a one-page summary this afternoon: what is included, the £2,934 excluding VAT, and how it is co-termed to the January renewal. On the return, I would rather build that with Aisha from how your contract managers actually use the brain than quote you a general figure. Aisha, would you be happy to give me ten minutes on that this week? I'll send that over today. Kind regards, Lewis
