Current to 11 Oct 26After the QBR, Marcus Bell reports rising use inside the 40 licensed users. CFO Graeme Charlton welcomes it but asks what the return is for his board pack, and Marcus agrees to build a one-page value summary.
Ask: Graeme wants one simple page on what contract managers can see that they could not before, for the board pack.
Customer view: positive on usage but focused on value. He leaves the detail to Aisha Bukhari and Ryan Heslop, who have not replied in this thread.
Next: Marcus sends a usage summary, asks Ryan for the trusts to show, and books half an hour to agree the wording.

- Marcus Bell 23 May 2025 11:46Hi all, Thanks for making time for the review. It was good to see so many of the contract managers coming through. I've pulled the numbers, and the short version is: - More people are using the brain than last quarter, and the increase is well beyond what we saw before. - You are comfortably inside your 40 licensed users, so no pressure on seats. - The reporting-turnaround tickets and the referrals view are what most people open first. Next steps from my side: - I'll send a one-page usage summary you can reuse internally. - Ryan, could you let me know which trusts the contract managers would most like to see in the turnaround view? Happy to jump on a call if it's easier to talk it through. Thanks, Marcus
- Graeme Charlton 28 May 2025 16:33Marcus, Thanks for this. Good to see the use going up. For the board pack I need to keep it simple. What's the return? A single page that says what the contract managers can now see that they could not before would do. Aisha and Ryan will know the detail better than I do. Graeme
- Marcus Bell 29 May 2025 11:36Hi Graeme, Aisha, Ryan, Understood, Graeme. I'll build the page around what the contract managers can now do in one place: referrals, turnaround tickets and invoices together by trust. I'll keep the usage figures to a couple of lines. Aisha, Ryan, I'd like your view on the wording before it goes to the board pack, so that it reflects how your teams actually use it. Shall we book half an hour early next week? Thanks, Marcus
