Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown summarised the Growth proposal for Graeme Charlton at a deal total of £53,800 including implementation. Graeme asked for a one-page return and will take it to the board if it stands up.
Ask: Graeme wants one page showing what contract managers gain, in time or contract margin, against the total. He said budget fit depends on that answer.
Customer view: Tom proposed to build it from the manual reconciling Aisha Bukhari's team described, and Graeme agreed to review it via Aisha first. The thread does not show the one-pager or a board outcome.
Next: Tom owes the one-pager that week, with Aisha checking the wording.

- Tom Ashdown 12 Nov 2024 15:23Hi Graeme, hi Aisha, Thanks to Aisha for her time on the proposal last week. Graeme, I've kept this to the essentials. The proposal is for the Growth tier, covering the contract managers across your sites, with the referrals, turnaround tickets and invoices brought together for each trust. The deal total comes to £53,800, which includes the one-off implementation fee. I'll confirm the exact split in the order form. We're aiming to have it settled by 23 Dec 2024, though that's a plan, not a deadline from our side. Best, Tom
- Graeme Charlton 15 Nov 2024 14:29Tom, Thanks. What's the return? I need one page showing what the contract managers gain, in time or in contract margin, against that total. Is that within budget? That depends on the answer to the above. Let's keep it simple. Graeme
- Tom Ashdown 18 Nov 2024 11:53Hi Graeme, Fair question. I don't want to put a made-up return in front of you, so I'll build the one-pager from what Aisha's team told us about the manual reconciling they do each month and how long trust queries take to answer. Aisha, could you sanity-check my wording before it goes to Graeme? I'll have it with you both this week. Best, Tom
- Graeme Charlton 18 Nov 2024 12:26Tom, Agreed. Send it to Aisha first. If it stands up, I'll take it to the board before the end of the year. Graeme
