Logistical thread to book a discovery call. Aisha Bukhari accepts Thursday at 10:00, wants the call on turnaround figures, and asks for someone who can speak to information governance.

Ask: Tom Ashdown asked for an hour to understand how contract managers track referrals, reporting turnaround and invoices. Aisha agreed a slot and said the contract review is coming up.

Customer view: Aisha wants no surprises for the trust and will bring a contracts colleague. She put information governance first and asked for someone who can explain how the brain runs inside the customer's own environment.

Next: BB-Demo should bring a person able to cover the Snowflake-hosted build and data access.

Hi Aisha, Thanks for making time to talk earlier. As promised, I'd like to get a proper discovery call in the diary so I can understand how your contract managers work today and what you'd want from the brain. What I'd like to cover: - how you track each trust's referrals, reporting turnaround and invoices at the moment - where the information is held and who needs to see it - what you'd want to see before the next contract review Could you do next Tuesday or Thursday? An hour should be plenty. Let's get something in the diary, and no drama if it needs to move. Best, Tom Account Executive, BB-Demo

Dear Tom, Thank you for the note. Thursday works for us, and 10:00 would suit me best. The contract review is coming up, so it would help if we could focus on the turnaround figures and how the trust would see them. I'd like no surprises for the trust. I'll ask a colleague from the contracts team to join, as they are closest to the day to day reporting. One thing I should say early: information governance matters a great deal to us, so please bring someone who can speak to how the brain runs inside our own environment. Best wishes, Aisha
