Current to 11 Oct 26Marcus Bell asked for a usage review after falling logins. Lauren Pilkington agreed and said a few consultants went back to old spreadsheets over the summer, and again asked about seeing client complaints.
Customer view: Lauren admits some consultants reverted to spreadsheets and says things have been manic. Marcus's figures show fewer logins, a couple of consultants asking most questions, and connectors loading fine.
Ask: Lauren wants complaints visible without digging and asks Marcus to bring who is using it.
Next: Hold the review on a morning next week, not Monday.

- Marcus Bell 2 Sep 2025 14:51Hi Lauren, Following our last call, I'd like to get a proper review in the diary. I've pulled the numbers and I think they're worth a look together: - fewer people are logging in than earlier in the year - a couple of consultants seem to be doing most of the questions - the connectors are all still loading fine, so it's not a data problem I'd like to understand what's working for the consultants and what isn't, and whether there's anything we should change in how it's set up. Happy to jump on a call. Shall we book 30 minutes in the next couple of weeks? Let me know what suits you and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus
- Lauren Pilkington 3 Sep 2025 13:07Hi Marcus, Quick one: yes, happy to. Things have been manic here and I think a few of the consultants went back to their old spreadsheets over the summer. Not great, I know. Can the consultants see client complaints without having to dig? That's what they keep asking me. Any morning next week works, apart from Monday. Maybe bring whatever you've got on who's using it. Ta, Lauren
