What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Billing thread. CEO Nell Ashcombe wrote personally to Finance Manager Carl Whittle about the first invoice, issued 18 Apr 2024 and due 18 May 2024: net £6,000, VAT £1,200, gross £7,200. No customer response in the thread.
Ask: none. Nell tells Carl the invoice is coming so it is not found in a queue, and offers to reissue it if the purchase order process needs anything.
Customer view: the evidence does not show one, as Carl does not reply in the thread.
Next: Carl to say if the invoice needs anything for the purchase order process, otherwise it falls due on 18 May 2024.

- Nell Ashcombe 18 Apr 2024 09:16Hello Carl, I'm writing myself because this is your first invoice from us, and I'd rather you heard it from me than found it in a queue. It's issued today, 18 Apr 2024, and it's due on 18 May 2024. The net amount is £6,000, VAT is £1,200 and the gross amount is £7,200. It's attached. If your purchase order process needs anything on the invoice that isn't there, tell me and we'll reissue it. That one's on us if we've missed it.
