Current to 11 Oct 26After the demo, Nadia Bashir asked about restricting what consultants see, connecting systems and support. Becky Tattersall wants complaint data kept apart from candidate details. Priya Raman answered most and passed that to Tobias Renwick.
Customer view: Nadia, who would run it day to day, asked practical admin questions. The legal desk's data separation is the open concern.
BB-Demo reply: Priya covered access control, connecting systems and support, and named Marcus Bell as CSM.
Next: Tobias is asked to answer on complaint and candidate separation and suggest a call. Priya wants the proposal out aiming for 18 Mar 2024. Lauren did not reply in this thread.

- Priya Raman 13 Feb 2024 13:26Hi all, Thanks for your time on the demo, and for the good questions. A quick recap of what we covered: how a consultant can pull up a client's account, open roles and complaints in one place, and how Nadia would manage who sees what as admin. I've copied in Tobias, our CTO, as a couple of you asked how the data is handled. The short version is that the brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays within your own controls. Tobias is happy to go into more detail with anyone who wants it. If you can let me know of any other questions by the end of the week, I'll fold them into the proposal and we can aim to keep momentum. Best, Priya
- Nadia Bashir 16 Feb 2024 13:42Hi Priya, Thanks for the recap. A few questions from me as I'd be looking after it day to day: - Can I restrict what each consultant sees, for example so the legal desk only sees their own clients? - What do we need to do on our side to get the first systems connected? - Who do I contact if something stops updating? Becky also wants to know how complaint information would be kept separate from candidate details. I'll let her add to that if I've got it wrong. Kind regards, Nadia
- Priya Raman 19 Feb 2024 09:12Hi Nadia, hi all, Thanks for these. Taking them in turn: - Access: yes, what each person sees can be controlled, and you'd set that up as admin. Tobias will walk you through how it applies to the legal desk. - Connecting systems: we agree the list with you up front and the team does the connecting. You'd mostly need to give us access and tell us who owns each system. - Support: you'd have a named route to our team, and your CSM, Marcus Bell, would stay in touch after you go live. On keeping complaint information apart from candidate details, that one is best answered by Tobias, so Tobias, could you take it and suggest a short call this week or next? I'd like to get the proposal to you with those answers in it, and if we can get this over the line by 18 Mar 2024, that keeps us on plan. Best, Priya
