Current to 11 Oct 26After the discovery call, Lauren Pilkington confirmed the recap, named the systems and users, and asked about seeing complaints before calling a client. She must run it past the people who sign things off.
Customer view: Lauren named the CRM, shared mailboxes and a complaints spreadsheet. Users would be consultants across finance, legal and HR, plus her and Nadia as admin.
Ask: seeing complaints against a client before ringing them is the value she singled out.
Next: Priya aims for a decision around 18 Mar 2024 as a working date. Lauren will flag it with sign-off people and return with diary times.

- Priya Raman 24 Jan 2024 17:26Hi Lauren, Thanks for your time today, really useful to hear how the consultants work day to day. To recap what I took away: you want the consultants and yourself to see a client's account, their open roles and any complaints in one place, before anyone picks up the phone, and fewer things getting lost in inboxes. To keep momentum, could you send me a quick list of the systems your team lives in (CRM, mailboxes, anything else) and roughly who would be using it? That lets me shape a demo on your own data rather than a generic one. Happy to make this easy, a few lines is plenty. Best, Priya
- Lauren Pilkington 24 Jan 2024 19:40Hi Priya, Quick one, yes, that's a fair summary. Main things are our CRM, the shared mailboxes and the spreadsheet we keep for client complaints (not pretty, I know). Users would be the consultants across finance, legal and HR, plus me and Nadia, who looks after resourcing. Can the consultants see complaints against a client before they ring them? That's the bit that'd save us hours. Ta, Lauren
- Priya Raman 26 Jan 2024 16:21Hi Lauren, Thanks, that's exactly what I needed. Short answer on complaints: yes, that's the sort of thing the brain is built for, pulling the account, the open roles and the complaint history into one view that a consultant can simply ask questions of. I'll show it in the demo using your own examples. Next step from my side is to find a slot for that demo. If we can get a proposal in front of you by the middle of the quarter, I'd be aiming for a decision around 18 Mar 2024, though that's only a working date and we can move it. Who else should be in the room for the demo? Best, Priya
- Lauren Pilkington 29 Jan 2024 15:07Hi Priya, Sounds good. I'd want Nadia there as she'd be the admin, and Becky from the legal desk as she's the most sceptical of the consultants (in a good way). I'll also need to run it past the people who sign things off before we commit to anything, so I'll flag it with them this week. Let me check diaries and come back to you on times. Ta, Lauren
