Daniel Okafor recaps the QBR for Philip Annear and Dan Hosken: usage dipped, one ticket resolved, and Philip asked what the brain saves. There is no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Daniel confirms a usage breakdown by team for Dan and a short savings note for Philip, built around account managers' client reviews.

Customer view: the thread holds no customer reply. From the recap, usage dipped and Philip asked what the brain is saving the business.

Next: Daniel committed to return with the usage breakdown by the end of next week. The dip and the unanswered value question are the renewal risks.

Dear Philip, Dan, Thank you both for your time on the QBR. Just to close the loop on what we covered, here is where I think we landed. - Usage dipped a little over the quarter, and we agreed it is worth understanding which teams have gone quieter. Dan, I will send you a breakdown by team so you can see where. - There was one ticket in the last month, and it has been dealt with. Nothing else is open on our side. - Philip, you asked what the brain is saving the business. I will pull together a short note on this, built around the account managers and how they use the brain for their client reviews. Please tell me if I have missed anything or if you remember it differently. I will come back to you both by the end of next week with the usage breakdown. Best wishes, Daniel
