Daniel Okafor proposed a quarterly review and noted more account managers are asking the brain questions. Philip Annear accepted Tuesday at 10:00 and asked for the renewal paperwork in good time before 27 Dec 2024.

Customer view: Philip welcomed that usage is up and agreed the slot without comment on price. The earlier value question is not shown as closed.

Ask: he wants the renewal paperwork ready ahead of the review so he is not seeing it for the first time on the day.

Next: Daniel to have the paperwork ready before Tuesday 10:00.

Dear Philip, It's time for the next quarterly review for Pentreath. How is the team finding it? I've been looking at the figures and more of your account managers are asking the brain questions than a few months ago, which is encouraging. Could we put something in the diary for later this month? I could do next Tuesday at 10:00 or Friday at 11:00, whichever is easier. I'll keep it to the points that matter to you: usage, the one ticket that came in recently and how it was handled, and what you would like from us ahead of the renewal on 27 Dec 2024. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Good to hear usage is up. Tuesday at 10:00 suits me. Please have the renewal paperwork ready in good time as well, so I'm not seeing it for the first time on the day. Philip Annear
