Callie Brennan asked Dan Hosken to book the next session for the second batch of sources. Dan chose Wednesday at 10:00 and promised access details by Tuesday afternoon, with one still awaited from IT. Logistical thread.

Ask: Callie wanted written access for the remaining systems, a named person to confirm depot field mappings, and a check on admin accounts.

Customer view: Dan is responsive and says admin accounts are fine. He will confirm the mappings himself for now, so that sign-off rests on one person.

Next: one access item is still with a colleague in IT and may trail.

Hi Dan, Thanks for your time on the last session. That maps cleanly so far, and the next step is the second batch of sources. Before we switch on the refresh for those, what I need from your side is: - written access details for the remaining systems, sent to me before the session - a named person who can confirm the field mappings for the depots - a quick check that the admin accounts are set up for you Could we do next Tuesday or Wednesday morning? I'd plan an hour and walk through the list in order. Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Wednesday morning works better for me, Tuesday is full of depot reporting. Say 10:00? I'll get the access details to you by Tuesday afternoon. I'm still waiting on one of them from a colleague in IT, so that one might trail a bit. I'll confirm the mappings myself for now and check with the depots if anything looks odd. Admin accounts are fine on my side. Thanks, Dan
