Callie Brennan asked Dan Hosken for written source access, a field list and a working session. Dan offered two slots but said Matt must approve the service accounts, so timing is not firm. Logistical thread.

Ask: Callie wants read-only service accounts, the fields the team relies on and a couple of uninterrupted hours. She will not start any connector until access is in writing.

Customer view: Dan is cooperative and will send the field list ahead of the session. He cannot promise the accounts by Wednesday because Matt must approve them.

Next: Dan confirms the day once Matt replies. The first refresh depends on that approval.

Hi Dan, Thanks for your time on the kickoff call. Kerensa tells me you'll be the day-to-day admin on your side, so I'd like to book a working session with you to start connecting your sources. What I need from your side is: - written access for each source system we're connecting, ideally a read-only service account - a list of which fields your team relies on when reviewing a client's temperature-excursion tickets and contract reviews - a couple of hours with you, uninterrupted I won't start any connector until the access is in writing, so the sooner it arrives the sooner your first refresh lands. Which day next week suits you? Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Thanks for this. Wednesday afternoon or Friday morning would work for the session next week. I can get the service accounts requested tomorrow, but Matt needs to approve them, so I can't promise they'll all be in place by Wednesday. I'll send the field list ahead of the session, it's mostly in a spreadsheet I already keep. I'll confirm which day once I've heard back from Matt. Regards, Dan
