Current to 11 Oct 26Philip Annear returned the signed order form on 15 Dec 2023, one day after the 14 Dec 2023 target, and asked what will be billed and when. Tom Ashdown confirmed the first invoice goes to Bryony on 30-day terms.
Ask: Philip asked to be warned before the invoice arrives and wants to know what will be billed and when.
Customer view: He signed promptly and is cautious about billing surprises. The form carries £55,100 including the one-off implementation fee and lists promised connectors with go-live dates.
Next: Tom owes the countersigned copy and confirmation of later billing once the implementation is under way.

- Tom Ashdown 12 Dec 2023 17:24Hello Philip, The order form for the Growth subscription and implementation is attached for your signature. It carries the total of £55,100 we discussed, which includes the one-off implementation fee. The form also lists the connectors we've promised and the dates they go live. If anything doesn't match what you were expecting, tell me and I'll sort it before you sign. We were aiming for 14 Dec 2023, but no drama if that slips a day or two. Best, Tom
- Philip Annear 15 Dec 2023 09:26Tom, Signed copy attached. Before the invoice arrives, can you tell me what will be billed and when? I would rather be warned. Philip Annear
- Tom Ashdown 15 Dec 2023 11:42Philip, Thank you, received. I'll get the countersigned copy back to you shortly. Our finance side will raise the first invoice under the order form today, and it goes to Bryony so it reaches the right desk. It will carry the standard thirty-day terms. I'll confirm the details of anything after that once the implementation is under way, so there are no surprises. Cheers, Tom
