Marketing invitation sent on 3 Apr 2026 to Elspeth Haldane, Head of Member Services, for the 16 Apr 2026 webinar. Purely an event invite. No customer response in the thread.

Ask: Alice Brewer invited Elspeth to a webinar on bringing CRM, calls, emails and helpdesk data together inside a Snowflake account.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so interest is not shown.

Next: Elspeth is a member services contact alongside the broker-focused work Tom Ashdown described, so a reply would widen the account beyond one team.

Dear Elspeth, I'm Alice Brewer and I head up marketing at BB-Demo. I'm writing to invite you to our next webinar, which is online on Thursday 16 April 2026. The story here is a practical one. Member services teams hold a great deal of what an organisation knows about the people it serves, but it usually sits in separate systems: the CRM, call recordings, emails and the helpdesk. The session shows how organisations bring those sources together in one place inside their own Snowflake account, so that a team can ask a question and get an answer that draws on all of them, rather than reconciling things by hand. We will keep it practical and leave time for questions. You do not need any preparation, and it is open to colleagues, so please pass it on to anyone in your team who might find it useful. If you would like to attend, reply to this email and I will add you to the list and send the joining details nearer the day. If it is not for you, no problem at all. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo

Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
