What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the QBR, Gregory Hasselbeck asked what could go wrong before the renewal. Hollie Grieve said she sees no renewal risk and listed rising usage, on-time payment and quiet support. Contract runs to 29 Apr 2027.
Ask: Gregory, the COO, asked what the risk is between now and the renewal, and wanted it kept simple.
Customer view: He left the detail to Danielle and Trent and focused on risk. His question is a renewal signal, and the thread shows no complaint.
Next: Hollie said nothing is needed from his team before the renewal notice. Trent is to check that referral reports tie to the brain, and Danielle is to name further liaisons or teams.

- Hollie Grieve 21 Sep 2026 08:39Hi Danielle, Gregory and Trent, Thank you all for your time at the QBR. A short summary for the record, with next steps at the end. Where things stand: - Usage has grown clearly over the last quarter, with more of the referral-relations team asking questions each week. - There were only two tickets in the last thirty days, and none of them were high priority. - Nothing is overdue on the finance side. - You are on the Growth tier with 40 licensed users, under a contract that runs to 29 Apr 2027, so there is headroom for more people to join without any change. Next steps: - Trent: confirm that the referral reports you rely on still tie to the brain's answers, and tell me where they do not. - Danielle: let me know which additional liaisons or teams should come on next, so I can plan the training. - Hollie: I will send a one-page usage summary that you can share with your leadership team. Please reply with anything I have missed. Kind regards, Hollie Grieve Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Gregory Hasselbeck 22 Sep 2026 11:46Hollie, Thank you for the summary. Danielle and Trent will deal with the detail. One question from me. What's the risk between now and the renewal? Is there anything my team needs to do, or anything that could go wrong without us noticing? Keep it simple. Gregory Hasselbeck
- Hollie Grieve 23 Sep 2026 17:57Hi Gregory, Thank you, and apologies for the length of my first note. The short answer: I do not see a risk to the renewal on what we have today. Usage is rising, payments are on time and support has been quiet. The contract runs to 29 Apr 2027 and I will be in touch well ahead of that date with the renewal notice, so there is nothing your team needs to do before then. The one thing I would watch is that the brain stays in regular use across the liaisons, which is why the training and Trent's check on the reports matter. I will flag it straight away if anything changes. Danielle and Trent, I will pick up the next steps with you directly. Kind regards, Hollie
