Current to 11 Oct 26Ollie Pearson asked Trent Nakamura for two or three slots to review connected sources, admin access and mismatches against referral reports. There is no customer response in the thread. Scheduling only.
Ask: Ollie proposed an hour covering source status, admin settings and whether the brain ties to Trent's referral reports. He asked for a short list of known mismatches beforehand.
Customer view: none in this thread. Ollie recalls Trent saying more than once that he wants connectors that just run.
Next: Trent to propose slots for the following week.

- Ollie Pearson 4 Jun 2026 11:52Hi Trent, Thanks for your time on the last onboarding call. I'd like to get the next working session in the diary so we keep moving while the set-up is fresh. As I understand it, the main things for the next session are: - confirming which sources are connected and loading as you expect - walking through your admin settings and who has access - checking that what the brain shows ties to your own referral reports, so you can tell me where it doesn't You mentioned a few times that you want connectors that just run, so I would rather spend the time on any source that still looks unreliable than on anything cosmetic. If there are particular mismatches you have already spotted, send me a short list beforehand and I'll come prepared. Could you suggest two or three slots next week that suit you? An hour should be enough, though we can split it in two if that is easier around your reporting deadlines. Please keep patient information out of any examples you share by email; screenshots with names removed are fine. Thanks, Ollie Ollie Pearson Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
