Trent Nakamura agreed a Tuesday 11:00 onboarding session and reported that the same hospital appears under several spellings. He asked which source wins; Ollie Pearson deferred the rule to the session. Working thread, no complaint.

Ask: Ollie wanted a list of referring hospitals, naming differences between the CRM and helpdesk, and the referral relations people who will ask questions. Trent supplied the first two in part and held back the names.

Customer view: Trent has begun reconciling and finds hospital names that do not tie to his numbers. He wants to understand the matching rule before cleaning anything.

Next: the rule on which source wins is the first item for the Tuesday session, with Trent's list on the table.

Hi Trent, A quick note to get the next onboarding session booked. Following our last call, I'd like to use it to go through the hospital counts you flagged and see where the brain and your own reports part company. Could you send me, ahead of the session: - the list of referring hospitals as your reports show it - anything you know about how the CRM and the helpdesk name the same hospital differently - the names of the people in referral relations who will ask the first questions I have Monday at 15:00 or Tuesday at 11:00 free for it, and it would take about an hour. Tell me which suits you and I'll send the invite. Thanks, Ollie

Ollie, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy week. - Tuesday at 11:00 is better for me. - I've started the reconciliation. So far the hospital names are the main thing: the same site appears under a couple of spellings, and that doesn't tie to my numbers. I'll send the list over the weekend if I get a gap, otherwise first thing Monday. - I haven't got the names from referral relations yet. I'd rather not guess. Can I give you those after the session, once we know what the brain can already answer? One question, which source wins if the spellings disagree? I'd like to understand the rule before I start cleaning anything. Trent

Hi Trent, No problem at all. Tuesday at 11:00 is booked and the invite is with you. On your question: I'd rather not give you a rule over email that I then have to walk back. Let's treat it as the first thing we settle on Tuesday, with your list in front of us. Please don't clean anything in the source systems before then, so that we can see the differences as they are. Giving me the referral relations names after the session is fine. Speak on Tuesday. Thanks, Ollie Ollie Pearson Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
