Current to 11 Oct 26Ollie Pearson proposed three onboarding sessions. Trent Nakamura accepted the sequence and chose Friday at 10:00, but repeated that the source-precedence question must be answered first and asked for nobody else to be copied.
Ask: Ollie set out a connector session, a walkthrough of Trent's referral reporting, then a session with the referral-relations and patient-services leads. He asked who else should be in the loop for scheduling.
Customer view: Trent agreed but wants the CRM versus helpdesk question settled before his reports are walked through. He said to copy in nobody else until the first session is done.
Next: Trent will reconcile differences before Friday and have admin logins ready.

- Ollie Pearson 19 May 2026 17:55Hi Trent, Thanks for the time on the call earlier. As promised, here is a note on how I'd like to sequence the next onboarding sessions, so we can get them in the diary before the end of the week. What I think we need, in order: - A working session on the connectors, where you and I look at the sources together and confirm which ones go first. - A walkthrough of the referral reporting you built before, so I can see how it maps onto what the brain will answer. - A short session with the referral-relations and patient-services leads, once the first two are done, so they see their own hospitals in one place. For the first one, I could do Thursday at 15:00 your time or Friday at 10:00. If neither works, give me two windows that do and I'll move things around. It would help if you could have admin access to the sources to hand, as that tends to be what slows the first session down. One other thing: it would be good to know who else on your side should be in the loop for scheduling, so I'm not sending everything through you. Thanks, Ollie Ollie Pearson Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Trent Nakamura 20 May 2026 13:58Hi Ollie, Thanks, that sequence works for me. A few points: - Friday at 10:00 is better. Thursday afternoon is taken up with our own month-end reporting and I'd only be half there. - Before the walkthrough of my referral reports, can you tell me which source wins when the CRM and the helpdesk disagree? Last time I compared them, the hospital counts didn't tie to my numbers, and I'd rather settle that up front than find it in front of the liaisons. - I'll reconcile it on my side as far as I can before Friday, so we are looking at a real list of differences, not a general worry. - For scheduling, copy in nobody else for now. Once we have the first session done I'll tell you who from referral relations and patient services should join. I'll have the admin logins ready. Trent
