Current to 11 Oct 26Ollie Pearson set an agenda for the next onboarding session. Trent Nakamura asked for the mapping document in advance and said he had raised a ticket about his admin login, which he wants fixed before connecting anything.
Ask: Ollie proposed covering CRM field mapping, which source wins per field, and the first group of users within the 40 licensed users. Trent asked for the mapping document ahead of time to check it against his own report definitions.
Customer view: Trent flagged an open admin login ticket as a precondition to connecting. Ollie said he asked support to prioritise it and would confirm in the thread.
Next: The thread does not show the ticket being resolved.

- Ollie Pearson 13 May 2026 15:20Hi Trent, Thanks for your time today. To keep us on track, here is what I would like to cover in the next session: - Walk through the field mapping for the CRM, with the referrer naming list first. - Agree which source wins for each field where two systems disagree. - Confirm who the first group of users will be, within the 40 licensed users. Could you suggest a slot early next week? If it is easier, I can work around your reporting calendar. Thanks, Ollie
- Trent Nakamura 14 May 2026 11:52Ollie, Monday works, but only after lunch. I have a month-end reporting run in the morning. One request: could you send the mapping document ahead of time? I want to check it against my own report definitions before we sit down, so the discussion is about the differences and not the basics. Also, I raised a ticket yesterday about my admin login. It may be nothing, but I'd like it sorted before we connect anything. Trent
- Ollie Pearson 18 May 2026 09:19Hi Trent, Monday afternoon it is. I'll send the invite shortly, and the mapping document is attached ahead of that so you have time to check it against your report definitions. On the ticket, I've asked the support team to prioritise the admin login so it is resolved before we start. I'll confirm here once I hear back. See you this afternoon. Thanks, Ollie
