Ollie Pearson recapped the Growth kickoff for Quarrington Care Network. Trent Nakamura replied that referrer names and source precedence must be settled first, and held back credentials. Ollie committed to a mapping document and a naming list.

Ask: The 7 May 2026 recap set scope at the Growth brain with 40 licensed users, and made Marisol Vega's field sign-off the gate for any connection. Trent was named admin and day-to-day contact.

Customer view: On 8 May 2026 Trent confirmed the recap but said hospitals appear under several spellings, so counts will not tie to his reports. He also asked which source wins when the CRM and helpdesk disagree.

Next: On 13 May 2026 Ollie promised a field-by-field mapping document and a single naming list used from day one. Danielle Okonkwo and Marisol did not reply in this thread.

Hi all, Thanks for your time on the kickoff call. A short recap so we are all working from the same page. - Scope: the Growth brain for referral relations and patient services, with 40 licensed users. - Sources: your CRM, the call recorder, the helpdesk and your contracts, in that order of priority. - Data handling: minimum necessary only. Nothing gets connected until Marisol has signed off the list of fields for each source. - Admin: Trent is the brain's admin and my day-to-day contact. Danielle, you asked for one view per referring hospital that the liaisons can open before they walk in. That stays the target for the first release. What I need from you: - Marisol: the field list for each source, with anything that could be PHI marked so we can confirm it stays out of scope. - Trent: a sample of the referral reporting you built before, so we can compare it with what the brain returns. - Danielle: a short list of the referrers you want to see first. Hollie is copied and will pick up the adoption side once the first sources are live. Shout if I have missed or misremembered anything from the call. Best, Ollie Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo

Ollie, Thanks for the recap, it matches my notes. Two things from my side before we connect anything: - Referrer names in the CRM don't always match what is in my referral reports. A few hospitals appear under two or three spellings, so the counts won't tie to my numbers until that is cleaned up. - Which source wins when the CRM and the helpdesk disagree about the same referrer? I'd rather we decide that up front than find out in a liaison's meeting. I'll reconcile the sample reporting and send it over early next week. I'll hold off on the connector credentials until Marisol is happy with the field list. Marisol, shout if I've got the scope wrong. > On 7 May 2026, at 09:14, Ollie Pearson wrote: > Trent: a sample of the referral reporting you built before, so we can compare it with what the brain returns. Hi all, A quick follow-up on Trent's points from last week. On which source wins: we will record that field by field in the mapping document, so nothing is picked silently. Trent, you and I can draft it together once your sample is in, and Danielle can confirm anything that is a business call rather than a data one. On the referrer names: we can agree a single naming list as part of the same exercise, and the brain will use it from day one rather than fixing it afterwards. Marisol, I will send the field list template to you separately so the review has a clear audit trail. Please mark anything you want excluded, and I will not connect a source until I have your reply. I'll set up the working sessions with Trent directly so we do not fill everyone's calendar. Danielle and Marisol, I will come back to you when there is something to review. Thanks, Ollie
