Hi Gregory, Shauna, Lorraine, Thanks for the time today. A short summary so we're all working from the same page. Where we are: the Growth proposal stands at a total deal value of £62,000, which includes the one-off implementation. The target close is still 16 Apr 2026. I've copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, since he'll be the senior name on any change to terms. Open items as I understand them: - Shauna: your comments on the order form and the master agreement. - Lorraine: invoicing details and who should receive invoices on your side. - Gregory: confirmation that privacy and security are comfortable with the business associate agreement. To be transparent, I can only move the close date if these come back in time for our legal team to turn them. If any of the three is going to take longer, tell me early and I'll plan around it. Jordan, Thank you for the summary. Responding for sourcing. We have reviewed the order form and will send marked-up comments on the master agreement by the end of this week. Please plan on a single consolidated set rather than several rounds. Our legal counsel is reviewing the business associate agreement in parallel, and I will confirm once that is complete. On the deal value, I have noted £62,000 as the total including implementation. For our records, please confirm in writing how much of that is the one-off fee and how much is the subscription, as Lorraine will need the split for the budget. I would prefer to see it in the order form itself rather than in an email. I cannot yet confirm 16 Apr 2026. It depends on the legal review. I would rather give you an honest date than a hopeful one, so I will come back to you after the markup goes out. Lorraine will send her invoicing questions separately.
