Current to 11 Oct 26Katrin Vogelsang confirmed Elena Novak's notes: usage is up from both teams, one how-to ticket answered, no overdue invoices or contract concerns. She added that two team leads now use the brain before weekly review and wants a source for each page.
Ask: Katrin wants the team lead behaviour change recorded and the usage summary to name the source for each page, so she can show an auditor where numbers came from.
Customer view: Positive. The notes match her own minutes and her director has noticed the growth.
Next: Elena owes a usage summary by team with sources named. Invoicing and contract are clean, so the signal is value and adoption, not payment risk.

- Elena Novak 28 Jul 2026 08:25Dear Katrin, Thank you for your time on the call. As promised, here are the written notes, so that we both hold the same record. To confirm, we agreed the following: - Usage has grown clearly compared with the previous quarter, and the growth is coming from both merchant operations and merchant risk. - There was one ticket in the last month. It was a how-to question and it has been answered. - Nothing is overdue on the invoicing side, and you have no open concerns on the contract. - I will send you a short summary of usage by team, with the source named for each page, before our next conversation. Please tell me if I have recorded anything wrongly. I will make sure that any correction is reflected in the final version. Kind regards, Elena Elena Novak Customer Success Manager, EU, BB-Demo
- Katrin Vogelsang 28 Jul 2026 10:24Hello Elena, Thank you, the notes match my own minutes. Two small additions, to be precise. First, the growth in usage is partly because two of my team leads now ask the brain for merchant summaries before the weekly review. Please say so in the record, as it helps me show the change in working habits. Second, regarding the source: when you send the summary by team, what is the source for each page? I would like to be able to show an auditor not only the number but where it came from. Otherwise I am happy. It is good to see the numbers moving in the right direction, and my director has noticed too. Kind regards, Katrin
