After the 30 Jun 2026 QBR, COO Matthias Ebner accepted Elena Novak's summary and was pleased with usage. He asked for written residency governance and an exit plan in the renewal pack before security and procurement review.

Ask: Matthias wants the data residency confirmation in writing, with its governance, for the supplier register. He also wants the exit plan in the same pack before the next term is discussed.

Customer view: He is content with the summary and pleased with team usage. He says information security and procurement will review the exit plan before he signs anything.

Next: Elena owes the residency confirmation and a renewal conversation proposed for the autumn. The Growth subscription runs until 2 Feb 2027, so the exit plan is a gate on the renewal.

Dear Katrin, Matthias and Jonas, Thank you for your time today. As promised, here is the written summary of the review, so that everyone has the same record. To confirm, what we covered: 1. Usage. Activity across the merchant account managers and merchant risk has roughly doubled compared with the previous quarter. We are still well inside the 40 licensed users, so there is headroom as more of the merchant teams join. 2. Support. There was one high priority ticket in the last month and one other, both handled. Nothing is open that I am aware of. Jonas, please correct me if you see it differently on your side. 3. Data residency. The brain continues to run in the EU region inside your Snowflake account, as agreed at signature. I will make sure that the written confirmation of this is sent to Matthias and Katrin for the outsourcing register. 4. Contract. Your Growth subscription at £50,000 a year runs until 2 Feb 2027. I suggest we plan the renewal conversation well ahead of that date, and I will propose a time in the autumn. Actions: - Elena: send the data residency confirmation in writing, next week. - Katrin: share which merchant risk colleagues should be added next, so that we can check this against the licensed users. - Jonas: tell me if any connector change is planned on the Snowflake side, so that we can schedule around it. I know you prefer not to change production on a Friday, and we will respect that. Please let me know if I have missed anything. Kind regards, Elena Elena Novak Customer Success Manager, EU, BB-Demo

Elena, Thank you for the clear summary. I am content with it, and pleased with the way the teams are using the brain. Two points. First, the residency confirmation in item 3: please send it in writing, as you propose, and state how it is governed on your side. I need something I can place in the supplier register and defend if BaFin asks. Second, on the renewal: I would like to see the exit plan in the same pack, so that the register is complete before we discuss the next term. Information security and procurement will want to review it before I sign anything. Katrin and Jonas, please send Elena your inputs on the actions that concern you.
