Current to 11 Oct 26Elena Novak and Katrin Vogelsang planned the next quarterly review. Katrin asked for the auditor's evidence trail on merchant records and for a check on whether use of the brain by merchant risk is concentrated in one person.
Ask: Elena proposed an agenda, attendees and a one-hour working session. Katrin accepted and asked for a Wednesday or Friday morning in the second week, ideally from 10:00.
Customer view: Katrin wants to answer the auditor from the brain rather than a spreadsheet. She also wants to see who asks the questions, which is the key-person measure BB-Demo itself watches.
Next: agree the date by the end of that week and send a written agenda with a name and a date for each action.

- Elena Novak 19 Jun 2026 15:11Dear Katrin, Thank you for the call earlier. To confirm what we agreed, and to plan the next quarterly review: 1. Agenda: adoption across account management and merchant risk, the connector position, open tickets, and the direction on the case tool and the chargeback feed. 2. Attendees: you, your colleague from merchant risk, Matteo for the commercial points, and myself. 3. Format: a working session of about an hour, with the agenda sent beforehand and written actions afterwards. Could you let me know which days suit you best over the next two weeks, mornings or afternoons? I will make sure that the invitation includes the agenda. One item I would like to ask you about now: do you want the review to include your auditor's question on the evidence trail for merchant records? If yes, I will ask our team to prepare it. Kind regards, Elena
- Katrin Vogelsang 22 Jun 2026 13:41Dear Elena, Thank you for the structure. It is good, and I agree with the attendees. On days: Wednesday or Friday in the second week work for us, in the morning, ideally starting at 10:00. Monday is our busiest day and I would rather avoid it. Yes, please include the evidence trail. What is the source for each field in the merchant record, and who last changed it? That is what the auditor asks, and I want to show it from the brain rather than from a spreadsheet. Please also add one item: the use of the brain by merchant risk, and who asks the questions. I would like to see whether it is spread across the team or concentrated in one person. Let us agree the date by the end of this week, and please send the agenda in writing with a name and a date for each action. Kind regards, Katrin
