What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After a call on 19 Jun 2026, Matteo Ricci agreed a Thursday morning walkthrough of a proposal for a case tool and chargeback feed on top of Growth. Katrin Vogelsang flagged that connector capacity is already close to the limit.
Ask: Matteo told Katrin the proposal will change her annual commitment and offered to walk her through it. She accepted, set the attendees and asked for the agenda the day before.
Customer view: Katrin welcomed the openness but asked what is new, what stays and which connector capacity the feed uses. Connectors are a hard limit on Growth, so the feed may need an add-on or a tier change.
Next: Matteo has to confirm connector capacity with engineers before writing anything and has given no implementation date.

- Matteo Ricci 19 Jun 2026 11:48Dear Katrin, Thank you for your time on the call earlier. As promised, let me confirm in writing where we are. I will prepare a proposal covering the case tool and the chargeback feed, on top of your current Growth subscription, with your EU data residency kept as it is. I would rather you heard it from me now: the proposal will change your annual commitment, and I want you to see the numbers and the reasoning together, not in pieces. I would like to walk you through it in person rather than just send a document. Would a session next week suit you? I could do Tuesday or Thursday, in the morning. Please also tell me who from merchant risk should join, and what your regulator would need to see about the chargeback data. Best regards, Matteo
- Katrin Vogelsang 19 Jun 2026 12:54Dear Matteo, Thank you, this is clear and I appreciate that you say it openly. Thursday morning works better for me. Tuesday is taken by our monthly merchant committee. Please send me the agenda the day before, and I will send you the minutes afterwards, so that we both hold the same record. For attendees, I will bring my colleague from merchant risk, who is the main user of the case work, and I would like Elena to join as well, since she knows how we use the brain day to day. Two questions, to be precise: will the proposal state clearly what is new and what stays as it is today? And will it say which connector capacity the chargeback feed uses? We are already close to the limit. Kind regards, Katrin
- Matteo Ricci 19 Jun 2026 14:09Dear Katrin, Thursday morning it is. I will send an invitation to you, your colleague from merchant risk and Elena, and I will put the agenda with it the day before, as you ask. On your questions: 1. Yes. The proposal will have one section for what is new and one for what stays as it is under your current order form. 2. On connector capacity, you are right to ask. I will confirm the position with our engineers before I put anything in writing, and I will not commit to an implementation date that they have not agreed. If there is anything your security or compliance colleagues want to see in advance, let me know and I will have it ready. Best regards, Matteo
