Current to 11 Oct 26Hamza Akhtar proposed a practical training session on Brenneck Pay's own merchant data. Aylin Kaya replied with her team's recurring questions, three attendees plus an account manager, and a preference for an afternoon slot. Logistical, with a clear customer response.
Ask: Hamza wanted the team's common questions, attendees and days for a training session built on real merchant data. Aylin answered all three and asked for an invite to forward.
Customer view: She repeats checks across account management notes and risk tooling, and said the brain putting them side by side would be very useful. She is new to the tool and asked that no background be assumed.
Next: Hamza to send an invite for a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon. Aylin to confirm names.

- Hamza Akhtar 31 Mar 2026 17:58Hi Aylin, I am Hamza, the implementation consultant at BB-Demo working with Jonas on the Brenneck Pay set-up. Jonas suggested I contact you directly about training for the merchant risk team. Here is what I have in mind: a short, practical session using your own merchant data, where you ask the brain the questions you would normally answer by pulling reports from several places. For example, how a merchant's activity looks next to its account manager's recent notes, or what has changed for a merchant since you last reviewed it. It would help me to know: - which merchants or questions come up most often in your day-to-day work, - who else on the team should join, bearing in mind the plan covers up to 40 users in total, - which days next week suit you, and whether mornings or afternoons are better. I would rather build the session around your real questions than a generic tour, so a rough list is plenty. Kind regards, Hamza Hamza Akhtar Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Aylin Kaya 1 Apr 2026 10:12Hi Hamza, Thanks for getting in touch, and yes, Jonas mentioned you. The questions we repeat most are around merchants whose volumes or chargeback patterns shift suddenly, and who owns the relationship when we need to escalate. At the moment I check this across the account management notes and our own risk tooling, which takes a while. If the brain can put those side by side, that would be very useful. I think three of us from merchant risk should join, plus one of the account managers if possible. I will confirm names once I have checked who is free. Wednesday or Thursday next week are both fine for me, afternoon is better because of our morning review. Could you send an invite and I will forward it on? One caveat: I am fairly new to this tool, so please assume no background. Thanks, Aylin
