Hamza Akhtar 10 Feb 2026 11:13Hi all, Thanks for your time on the kickoff call this morning. Below is a short summary of what we agreed, with an owner against each action. Shout if I have got anything wrong. - Jonas: confirm the region of the Snowflake account the brain will run in, and set up a dedicated role for the brain with least-privilege access. - Sabine: send us your data residency and access log requirements in writing, so we can map each one to the setup. - Katrin: list the merchant systems you want in the first view, in priority order, for the account managers and merchant risk. - Hamza: share the connector plan and a draft setup checklist once the region is confirmed. - Elena: keep the written notes and the agenda for the check-ins that follow. The licence covers 40 users, so there is room to bring both teams in once the first connectors are live. I would still start with a small group from each side and widen from there. Best, Hamza

I will export the setting and send it to Sabine as evidence. Second, the role. I will not create it from a list in an email. Which role has access, and to what? Send me the exact requirements as a written request and I will create the role in the account myself. Nothing goes by email, and not on a Friday. Sabine, if the exported setting is not enough as evidence for your file, please tell us what else you need and we will provide it. Role: I will send Jonas a short written request listing the objects the brain needs to read and nothing more. Jonas creates the role in the account and we will not ask for credentials by email.
