Matteo has handed over the notes from your earlier conversations, so I will not ask you to repeat them. I would like to book a kickoff call, about an hour, with you and whoever you want involved from merchant operations and merchant risk. My plan for the call: - confirm what you want the first view of a merchant to answer - agree which of your systems we connect first, and who owns each one on your side - confirm how the EU region is set up for your data - agree who your administrators are, as the subscription covers 40 licensed users Could you tell me which days this week or next suit you, and who should be on the invitation? To be precise on the invitation: it should include me, one colleague from merchant risk and one from our IT team who knows the systems. I will send you their names tomorrow. Thursday afternoon would be best for us, and Friday morning is the second choice. Two requests before the call: - please send the list of what you need from our IT team, so that we can check it beforehand - please send the written description of the EU region, with its source, since our auditor will ask for it After the call I would like minutes with an owner and a date for each point.
