It sets out the tier, the EU data residency, the connectors we have agreed to bring live and the payment terms. The total value of the deal is £62,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee. The date we have been working towards for signature is 20 Jan 2026. If you or your colleagues have comments on the wording, please send them to me and I will take them through our side promptly. I cannot say today when they will finish, and I do not want to name a date that I cannot defend. Please do not treat 20 Jan 2026 as agreed. I will write to you when I have their conclusions.
