Following up on our negotiation discussion

Dear Matthias, Henrik, Dennis, Thank you all for the time on our call. As promised, here is a written summary, so that each of you can check it against your own notes. Where we are: - The proposal is for the Growth tier, with the data kept in an EU region. The total value of the deal is £62,000. That figure includes the one-off implementation fee, so please do not read it as an annual price. The order form will show the split. - Henrik, you asked for the supplier questionnaire and the exit plan. I will send both under separate cover once our security colleagues have confirmed their content, and I will not give you a date for them that engineering and security have not agreed. - Dennis, you asked about invoicing and payment terms. These will be set out in the order form and nowhere else. - Matthias, you asked how the service is governed. I will cover that in the same pack. Our working target for signature is 20 Jan 2026. That is a plan, not a commitment, and it depends on your information security and procurement reviews finishing first. Matteo, Thank you for the summary. It matches my notes, with two points. First, procurement will need the supplier questionnaire, the exit plan and the draft order form together, not one at a time. We cannot start the review on partial documents, and the review has to finish before anyone signs. Second, please keep 20 Jan 2026 as a target only. I cannot confirm it from our side until I have seen the documents and the information security team has given its view. I would rather say that now than have it assumed.
