Ask: Matteo proposed an hour with procurement and finance on scope, EU data residency, terms and what the regulator needs to see.
Customer view: Matthias Ebner made the documents a precondition. His office will propose two slots only once they have arrived, and he wants the session kept to the terms.
Next: BB-Demo has to send the security documentation, exit plan and data governance description before any slot is set.

I would rather you heard it from me than discovered it later: the next step on our side is the commercial conversation, and I would like to fix a time for it before the holiday period ends so that nothing drifts. My suggestion is a session of about an hour next week, with you and your colleagues from procurement and finance, if they are able to join. The agenda would be short: - the scope of the Growth subscription for merchant account managers and merchant risk - the EU data residency arrangement - the commercial terms and the implementation plan - what your regulator needs to see from us as a supplier Let me confirm that in writing, so you can correct the agenda if I have misread what you need. Before we meet, please send in writing the security documentation and your exit plan, so that information security and procurement can review them. I will not take a commercial discussion further until they have had that opportunity. I would also like to see how the data is governed once it sits in our region. My office will propose two slots once the documents have arrived. Please keep the session to the decision needed, which is the terms. Matthias Ebner
