Matteo Ricci offered a proposal walkthrough for the Growth tier. Katrin Vogelsang chose Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon, will bring merchant risk and finance, and asked for an agenda on EU region, data connection and auditor evidence.

Ask: Matteo proposed forty-five minutes and asked for someone from merchant risk. Katrin added a finance colleague who will want to see how the commercial terms are set out.

Customer view: she wants a source for each statement in the proposal, starting with how the EU region is described.

Next: Matteo will propose Tuesday afternoon, send the agenda in her order and attach the supporting document. He will give no date for the data connection until engineering agrees it.

Dear Katrin, Thank you for your time on our last call. I would rather you heard it from me than discover it in the document: the proposal is now ready, and I would like to walk you through it rather than simply send it over. It covers the Growth tier for merchant operations and merchant risk, with the data kept in an EU region, as we discussed. I suggest forty-five minutes, and it would be useful if someone from merchant risk could join you, since the single view of each merchant is the heart of it. Could you let me know which days next week suit you? I am flexible on the time. Best regards, Matteo

Hello Matteo, Thank you, this is helpful. To be precise, Tuesday or Wednesday next week would work for me, in the afternoon. Monday is not possible because of our internal risk committee. I will ask a colleague from merchant risk to join, and also somebody from our finance team, because they will want to see how the commercial terms are set out. Please let me know if that is a problem. I would also like the agenda in advance. In particular I need to understand three points: - how the EU region is described in the proposal, and what is the source for that statement - what we would need to provide from our side for the first connection of our data - what we can show our auditor about how the data is handled Let us agree the next step once you have confirmed the slot. Best regards, Katrin

Dear Katrin, Thank you, that is very clear. Bringing your colleagues from merchant risk and finance is exactly right. Let me confirm that in writing: I will propose the Tuesday afternoon, and I will send the calendar invitation together with a short agenda that follows your three points in the same order. For the EU region and the auditor question I will attach the supporting document, so that you have a source for each statement and not only my word. One caution: on the connection of your data, I will only describe the steps and what we need from you. I will not give you a date for it until our engineering colleagues have agreed it with us, and I would rather say so now. If Tuesday changes for you, just tell me and I will move it to Wednesday. Best regards, Matteo
