Demo on your own data: scheduling

I am now looking after your account on the commercial side, so I wanted to introduce myself properly and move us on to the next step. I would like to propose a demo of the brain running on a sample of your own merchant data, so that your account managers and your merchant risk colleagues can see one view of a merchant rather than a slide. To make that useful, I would need to know which two or three systems you would like us to connect for the demo, and who from your side will attend. Let me confirm in writing that nothing leaves your control for the demo. Everything runs inside your own Snowflake account, and the EU region requirement you mentioned stays as discussed. Systems for the demo: our payment processing data in Snowflake, the ticketing history from our helpdesk, and the CRM used by our account managers. Please confirm whether the helpdesk is one you already support. I assume it is Zendesk, but what is the source for that assumption on your side? 2. Attendees: myself, one colleague from merchant risk and two of our account managers. I will send you names closer to the date. 3. Timing: Tuesday or Wednesday next week, in the morning, would work. Please avoid the afternoons. I will circulate a written agenda the day before, and we will keep minutes.
