- Daniel Okafor 2 Dec 2025 16:43Hi Saskia, hi Holly, Thank you both for your time today. Just to close the loop on what we agreed, so nothing gets lost: - Usage is up on the previous quarter, and more of the directors are asking questions of the brain themselves rather than going through your team. That's a good sign and worth saying to the wider group. - You have forty licensed users on Growth, so there is plenty of room if more directors or their teams want access. - Holly, you were going to check whether the finance extract feeding the invoice view needs any changes on your side, and let me know if the sync looks different afterwards. - I'll send over a one-page summary of the dashboards other Growth customers have built for client reviews, in case any are useful. How is the team finding it day to day? I'd rather hear the rough edges now than at the next review. Best wishes, Daniel
- Holly Tranter 2 Dec 2025 18:55Hi Daniel, Thanks for the summary, it matches my notes. I've had a look at the finance extract. Nothing is due to change on our side before the new year, so I don't expect the invoice view to behave differently. I'll tell you straight away if that changes. On how the team is finding it: mostly positive. The directors like the client view. The main request I keep getting is a simpler way to filter vacancies by client, so if there is a dashboard example along those lines, please include it in your summary. Kind regards, Holly Tranter Business Systems Analyst, Delancey Haig
