What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26After the review on 5 Jun 2025, Daniel Okafor describes steady use and quiet support. Rupert Lasker replies on 9 Jun 2025 that he wants figures: active licences out of forty, by team, and whether this could be done in-house.
Ask: Rupert wants the number of the 40 licences active in a normal month and which teams they sit in. He holds Priya's renewal paperwork and will read the summary before deciding.
Customer view: He is not reassured by description. Daniel's own recap said activity is a touch lower than last quarter.
Next: Daniel is to get the usage summary to Rupert that week and follow up with Holly Tranter on the client view.

- Daniel Okafor 5 Jun 2025 12:40Hello Saskia, Rupert and Holly, Thank you all for your time this morning. It was good to have the three of you in the same conversation, and I wanted to close the loop while it is fresh. A short summary of what we covered: - Usage is steady. A relatively small group of people are in the brain most weeks, and the client-account directors are the heaviest users, mainly ahead of client reviews. Activity is a touch lower than last quarter, but nothing that worries me. - Support has been quiet. There is nothing open and nothing urgent, which is what I would hope to see. - The agreement covers 40 licensed users, so there is plenty of headroom if more directors or their teams want access. - Saskia mentioned that some directors would use it more if the client view were simpler to reach. Holly, I'd like to look at that with you. I'll send a plain usage summary by the end of next week, so that everyone, Rupert especially, can see who is using what and decide whether it is earning its keep. How is the team finding it day to day? Do say if I have missed anything. Best wishes, Daniel Daniel Okafor Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Rupert Lasker 9 Jun 2025 11:13Daniel, Thanks for the note. I appreciate the summary, but I'd rather see the figures than the description. Please can the usage summary include how many of the 40 licences are actually active in a normal month, and which teams they sit in? I would also like to know whether we could do some of this ourselves with what we already have. I have Priya's renewal paperwork on my desk and I'd like to read your summary before deciding anything. Can you get it to me this week? Rupert
