As part of the Growth plan we sit down once a quarter, and I'd like to make sure it lands at a time when the client-account directors can join you if they want to. Usage has grown a good deal since the last quarter, which is lovely to see, and I'd like to spend most of the session on what your team is getting from it and what you would like it to do next. I'll bring a short summary of how the brain is being used, nothing heavy. Could you let me know which days suit you over the next week or so? Forty minutes to an hour should be plenty. If it helps, I'm happy to work around whoever you would like in the room. How is the team finding it at the moment? I'd love to hear a bit of that before we meet. Best wishes, Daniel
Saskia Mendes 2 Dec 2024 15:50Hi Daniel, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a week. Good news though: the directors need this, and two of them have already asked me when they can see it again. Thursday this week works for us, mid-morning if you can. I'll bring Holly so she can show you how she has been setting things up, and I'll try to get Rupert along for the commercial side. Can we make the summary simpler than last time? One page, what the directors are using and what they are still doing by hand. That is what I will have to defend to Rupert anyway.
