Current to 11 Oct 26Callie Brennan proposes a four-step plan to a clean first refresh. Holly Tranter can supply CRM credentials but is waiting on finance for accounting, and has not named a second admin.
Ask: Callie wants written read access first, a named second admin and a small group of directors to review the view. She prefers two or three people over all 40 licensed users at once.
Customer view: Holly agrees Thursday and offers CRM credentials by Tuesday. She asks to start with CRM fields if finance delays, and will not name an admin until IT settles it.
Next: Holly to confirm director names on Thursday and revert on the admin early next week.

- Callie Brennan 22 Aug 2024 11:38Hi Holly, Thanks for the time on the call. As promised, here is the plan for getting Delancey Haig from where we are to a clean first refresh, with a proposed date against each step. - Tuesday: you send over read access for the CRM and the accounting system, in writing, to this thread - Wednesday: I map the vacancy, placement and invoice fields and send you the mapping for a check - Thursday: we run a short session together so you can confirm the client-account view reads the way your directors would expect - Friday: first refresh, once the mapping is agreed What I need from your side is the access in writing before anything else. I do not start a connector without it, and it keeps the first refresh clean rather than something we patch afterwards. Two questions so I can plan properly. Who should be named as the second admin, so you are not the only one who can run things once I hand over? And which of the client-account directors would be best to look at the view first? I would rather start with two or three people than all 40 licensed users at once. If Thursday does not suit, tell me which day does and I will move the rest around it. Thanks, Callie
- Holly Tranter 23 Aug 2024 13:41Hi Callie, Thanks for this, very clear. Thursday works for me. I have kept the morning free. On access, I can get you the CRM credentials by Tuesday. The accounting system is slightly more awkward because our finance team controls it and I need them to approve a read-only login. I have asked, but I do not have an answer yet. I will let you know as soon as I do. If it slips, could you start with the CRM fields and leave the invoices for a second pass? On the second admin, I am still talking to a colleague in IT about who that should be. I would rather not name someone before that is settled. Can I come back to you on that early next week? For the first look at the view, I would suggest two of the client-account directors who deal with our largest clients. I will confirm names on Thursday. Kind regards, Holly Tranter Business Systems Analyst, Delancey Haig
