What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26CRM access has arrived and Callie Brennan has run the first load. Holly Tranter agreed a Thursday session with an account director. Accounting access is still with finance, so invoice fields may follow later.
Ask: Callie wants an hour with someone who knows how client records are named, because some look duplicated. She proposes bringing the complaints spreadsheet in as a simple file.
Customer view: Holly is cooperative and agrees the file approach. She is sceptical that finance will deliver the accounting access on time.
Next: the session is set for 10:00 on the Thursday. If accounting access has not arrived, invoice fields move to a follow-up.

- Callie Brennan 8 Aug 2024 10:17Hi Holly, Good news that the CRM access arrived. That means I can run the first load and we can look at the mapping together. Here's the plan for the session: - first, I'll show you how vacancies and placements have landed and where the client names don't line up - second, we'll go through the invoice fields once the accounting access is confirmed - third, we'll decide how to treat the complaints spreadsheet, which I'd suggest bringing in as a simple file for now What I need from your side is about an hour and someone who knows how your client records are named, because a couple of them look duplicated to me. Would next week suit? Tell me which morning and I'll send the invite. Thanks, Callie
- Holly Tranter 9 Aug 2024 11:50Hi Callie, That works. Tuesday or Thursday morning next week would be fine for me. Thursday is probably better, as one of the account directors can join and tell you which of the duplicated clients are really the same company. The accounting access is still with our finance team. I've asked again and they've said it should come through early next week, but I'll believe it when I see it. The file approach for the complaints sounds sensible to me. Kind regards, Holly
- Callie Brennan 9 Aug 2024 12:34Hi Holly, Thursday it is. I'll send an invite for 10:00 and keep it to an hour. If the accounting access hasn't arrived by then, we'll do the CRM mapping and the complaints file first and leave the invoice fields for a follow-up. That maps cleanly either way, so there's no need to hold up the rest. It would help if the account director could bring a short list of the clients they care most about, so we check those first. Thanks, Callie
