Current to 11 Oct 26Holly Tranter says CRM and accounting access is held up by IT and finance, and that hardly anyone has logged in. She wants to avoid promising dates she cannot keep. The complaints source is a mailbox and a spreadsheet.
Ask: Callie Brennan asked for written CRM and accounting access, a named complaints source and an hour to check field mapping. She will not start any connector without written access.
Customer view: Holly is worried about timing and admits low adoption is partly her fault. She doubts the complaints source is what BB-Demo hoped for.
Next: the working session depends on CRM access arriving first. Holly will chase IT and finance.

- Callie Brennan 30 Jul 2024 10:52Hi Holly, Thanks for your time on the call. I wanted to get the next steps down in writing so we both have the same plan. What I need from your side is: - written access for the CRM connector, from whoever owns admin rights there - written access for the accounting system, so invoices can sit alongside vacancies and placements - a name for the complaints source, because I don't yet know where that lives Before we switch on the refresh, I'd like a working session of about an hour with you to check the field mapping. I won't start any connector without the access confirmed in writing, so the credentials are the thing that sets our timeline. Could you let me know which mornings suit you this week or next? Thanks, Callie
- Holly Tranter 30 Jul 2024 12:35Hi Callie, Thanks for this. I'll be honest, I'm a bit worried about timing. A colleague in IT has to approve the access for the CRM and he's out until next week, and the accounting system is owned by our finance team who are tied up at the moment. I don't want to promise dates I can't keep. The client-account directors are expecting to see something soon, and so far hardly anyone has logged in, which is partly my fault for not pushing it. I'd rather tell them it's slipping a little than have them lose interest. The complaints source is a shared mailbox plus a spreadsheet kept by the account directors. I'm not sure that's what you were hoping for. Is it a problem? I can do the working session on Thursday or Friday morning next week, but only if the CRM access has come through by then. I'll chase. Kind regards, Holly
