Current to 11 Oct 26Nell Ashcombe reminded Finance Manager Desmond Oyelaran on 29 Jul 2024 that invoice INV-077-0001 for £14k gross, due 20 Jul 2024, shows as unpaid. She asked what is holding it up. No customer response in the thread.
Ask: Nell asked for a payment date or the reason for delay, such as a purchase order, a missing invoice detail or a query on the amount, and offered a call.
Customer view: the thread holds no reply, so the reason for non-payment is not shown. Nell stated BB-Demo would reissue at once if the error is its own.
Next: the outcome depends on Desmond's response.

- Nell Ashcombe 29 Jul 2024 09:13Hi Desmond, A quick note on invoice INV-077-0001. It was issued on 20 Jun 2024 and fell due on 20 Jul 2024, and our records show it as still unpaid. The amounts are £12,000 net, £2,400 VAT and £14,400 gross. If it is already in your payment run, tell me the date and I will close it off on our side. If something is holding it up, such as a purchase order, a missing detail on the invoice or a query about the amount, I would like to know what it is so we can fix it. If the error is ours, that one's on us and we will reissue it straight away. I am happy to pick this up by phone if that is quicker. Best, Nell
