What this says
Current to 11 Oct 26Holly Tranter confirmed Thursday at 14:00 for the field mapping session but could not give a date for the CRM or accounting credentials, which sit with IT and finance. She wants to start with a few directors.
Ask: Callie Brennan needed written CRM and accounting access, the directors' names and an hour on field mapping.
Customer view: Holly is willing but does not control the credentials and cannot say when they will arrive. She expects some directors to be hesitant about systems and prefers a small first group.
Next: the mapping session is agreed, but the refresh cannot start until access lands.

- Callie Brennan 16 Jul 2024 17:23Hi Holly, Thanks for your time on the call today. Here is the plan as I have it, so we can agree it in writing. What I need from your side is: - written access for the CRM and the accounting system connectors, sent to me before we switch on the refresh - the names of the client-account directors who should see the first pages, so I can map them to the right views - one hour with you for a walk through the field mapping On my side, once the access is in, I will connect the sources in order, check each mapping against a sample of your records, and send you a short setup note so you can run things alone afterwards. For the mapping session, could you do Tuesday at 10:00 or Thursday at 14:00 next week? If neither suits, send me two slots that do and I will fit around you. Thanks, Callie
- Holly Tranter 18 Jul 2024 11:20Hi Callie, Thursday at 14:00 works for me, Tuesday is taken up with a client review. On access, I have asked a colleague in IT for the credentials for the CRM and I am waiting on that. The accounting system is with our finance team and I have not had an answer yet. I will forward both to you as soon as I have them, I just can't say exactly when. For the directors, I will pull together a list tomorrow. Some of them are not very hands on with systems, so I would rather start with a few and add the rest once it is working. Thanks, Holly
