Current to 11 Oct 26BB-Demo's Callie Brennan wrote after the 10 Jul 2024 kickoff to confirm the Growth tier plan, Holly Tranter as day-to-day admin, and what each customer contact owes. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Callie asked Holly Tranter for written access details, Anjali Desai for security questions about the brain running in Delancey Haig's Snowflake account, and Saskia Mendes for the directors' priority questions.
Customer view: the thread holds no customer reply, so agreement to the plan is not shown. Anjali's security review is a dependency before the refresh is switched on.
Next: Daniel Okafor is introduced as customer success manager after go-live, which sets up the handover.

- Callie Brennan 10 Jul 2024 14:46Hi all, Thank you for your time this morning. Here is the plan as I understood it, so please correct anything I have got wrong. What we agreed: - Delancey Haig is on the Growth tier with 40 users, and the aim is for client-account directors to see each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together. - We start with a small set of sources so the first refresh lands cleanly, then add the rest once that maps cleanly. - Holly will be the admin who runs things day to day, and I'll leave a setup note so she can do that without me. What I need from your side is: - Holly: written access details for the first sources, sent to me directly. I'll confirm receipt the same day. - Anjali: any security questions about how the brain runs inside your Snowflake account, so I can answer them before we switch on the refresh. A short list is fine and we can talk it through. - Saskia: the list of questions the directors most want answered, by the end of this week if possible. On my side, once access is in writing I'll connect the first sources, check the field mapping against a sample, and tell you what I find before anything is shared with the directors. I've copied Daniel Okafor, who will be your customer success manager once go-live is done. He'll be in touch to see how the team is finding it. Thanks, Callie
