After the demo, Priya Raman chased a signature by 19 Jun 2024 on the Growth proposal at £54k. Holly Tranter named three first systems and asked for written confirmation that everything runs inside Delancey Haig's own Snowflake account.

Ask: Priya wanted a systems list from Holly and a steer from Saskia Mendes on who else must see the proposal. Holly replied from the IT side.

Customer view: Holly wants the CRM, accounting system and helpdesk first, is unsure about contractor timesheet data, and wants the Snowflake point on paper for her security lead. She leaves sign-off to Saskia.

Next: Hannah Lowe is to confirm the connector plan and the Snowflake detail in writing. Saskia has not yet replied on who reviews the proposal.

Hi all, Thanks for your time on the demo. It was good to see the brain working on your own data, and Jess's point about walking into a client review with vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints in one place was exactly the use we had in mind. To keep momentum, here is where we are. The Growth proposal is with you, with a total of £53,800 for the deal. The aim on our side is to have it signed by 19 Jun 2024, so there is a comfortable run-up before anything needs to go live. Two things would help me most this week: - Holly, a list of the systems you would want connected first, so Hannah can confirm the connector plan. - Saskia, a steer on who else needs to see the proposal before it can be approved. Hannah is copied and happy to take any technical questions directly. Happy to make this easy, so just tell me what would be most useful. Best, Priya

Hi Priya, Thanks for this. A few things from the IT side before we go further. The first systems we would want connected are the CRM, the accounting system and the helpdesk, since that is where client vacancies, invoices and complaints sit. I am not sure yet whether the contractor timesheet data can be included in the first phase, so it would be useful to know what Hannah thinks. Also, can you confirm in writing that everything runs inside our own Snowflake account and that nothing is copied out of it? Our security lead will ask me this and I would rather have it on paper. On the proposal itself, Saskia is the right person for sign-off questions. I will leave that with her. Kind regards, Holly Tranter Business Systems Analyst, Delancey Haig

Hi Holly, Saskia, Jess, Thanks, Holly, that is really helpful. On the connectors: the CRM, accounting system and helpdesk are a sensible first phase, and Hannah will confirm the plan in writing, including whether the timesheet data can sit alongside them or follows afterwards. On your question: the brain is built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Hannah will put the detail in writing for your security lead so it is exact and not my paraphrase. Saskia, if we can get this over the line by 19 Jun 2024, we have time to do the connector work properly. Could you let me know next week who needs to review the proposal? I can then set up a short walk-through for them.
