Current to 14 Oct 26Alice Brewer invited Neil Ashworth to the 15 Oct 2026 webinar and asked for a branch working practice to quote. Logistical invitation; no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Alice invites Neil personally to the online webinar on 15 Oct 2026 and asks whether he would share a way of working that has helped his branches, with a draft sent for his approval before any quote is used.
Customer view: There is no customer response in the thread, so Neil's interest is not shown.
Next: Alice waits for a reply, then sends joining details or the recording. The Enterprise licence is mentioned as covering up to 200 users, which is a figure from the email, not checked against an order form.

- Alice Brewer 23 Sep 2026 12:44Hello Neil, Our next BB-Demo webinar is on Thursday 15 Oct 2026, and it runs online, so there is no travel involved. I wanted to invite you personally as one of the people at Merriott Lyle Distribution who uses the brain day to day. The story here is how branch and key-account teams use one view of a trade account, with orders, disputes, calls and invoices side by side, to prepare for conversations. It is aimed at people who run branches rather than people who run data, so it should be practical and short on jargon. Your Enterprise licence covers up to 200 users, and I know branch directors in other regions have asked how colleagues in the North are getting on with it. If you have a way of working that has helped your branches, it would be a good thing to share, either on the day or in a short note beforehand. I would be happy to work out the best way to do that with you, and would you be happy for us to quote anything you send? I will send a draft for your approval before anything goes anywhere. If you would like to come, just reply to this email and I will send the joining details. If you cannot make it, I can send you the recording afterwards. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BB-Demo
