Expansion proposal for Merriott Lyle

Dear Deepa, dear Malcolm, Thank you both for your time on the call earlier. As promised, here is the proposal in writing. To put a number on it, the expansion comes to £4,548 in total, excluding VAT. That is the value of the deal as a whole and I have not presented it as an annual price. It would sit under your existing Enterprise order form and be co-termed to your renewal on 27 Feb 2027, so there is no separate renewal date to track. I am aware that active usage has been softer lately and I would not want you to buy anything the usage does not support. If you would rather we hold this until Daniel has finished reviewing where the quiet branches are, I understand. We have pencilled in 14 Sep 2026 as the expected close, but that is a planning date, not a deadline. I'll send the full order form over today if you would like to see the schedule. Lewis, Send the order form. I will read the schedule before I say anything else. Two points. We hold 200 licences and a fraction of them are in regular use. You are asking me to add to something we are not using fully. What does the extra £4,548 do for us that the existing licences are not doing? And is that figure the whole cost, or are there further charges to follow? Put it in writing. I would rather wait until Daniel's review is done. Deepa will tell you the same, I expect.
