Daniel Okafor proposed a quarterly review. Deepa Chauhan wants evidence of where account numbers come from for the regional directors, reports growing branch and credit control use, and will brief Malcolm on the renewal.

Ask: Deepa wants the session built around showing the regional directors where the account numbers come from and what branches do with them. She asked for credit control and two regional directors in the room.

Customer view: Positive on adoption. Branch managers are asking for the account view more often and credit control open it before calls rather than after.

Next: Deepa will speak to Malcolm about the renewal side so nothing is a surprise. Daniel is to send an invite for a Tuesday or Wednesday morning.

Hi Deepa, I'd like to plan the next quarterly review with you and the team. Usage has been moving in a good direction since the summer, and I think there is a real story to tell the regional directors about how the account view is being used by the branches and by credit control together. My suggestion for the shape of it: a short look back at what has changed since the last review, a walk through the questions your teams are asking most, and then a conversation about what you would like from the brain over the coming months. We have the contract running to 27 Feb 2026, so it is also a sensible moment to talk about what a good next term looks like for you, without any pressure on that. Who would you like in the room? Last time you were keen to get credit control involved, and I'd be glad to do the same again. How is the team finding it, by the way? I'd love to hear a couple of examples I can bring along. Could you send me two or three windows that work? I'll come back to you by the end of the week with an invite. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, The one thing I need from the review is something I can put in front of the regional directors that shows where the account numbers come from and what the branches are doing with them. If you can build the session around that, I'm happy. Good news on the team side: the branch managers are asking for the account view more often, and credit control have started opening it before their calls rather than after. Two good examples for you to use, and I will gather a third from one of the regions before we meet. For attendees, let's get credit control in the room, plus two of the regional directors. I will speak to Malcolm about the renewal side so that it is handled properly and nothing is a surprise to anyone. My windows: Tuesday or Wednesday of the week after next, mornings are best. Send the invite and I will accept. Thanks, Deepa On 3 Nov 2025, at 14:48, Daniel Okafor wrote: > Who would you like in the room?
