Current to 11 Oct 26Tom Ashdown sent the Enterprise order form for signature on 12 Feb 2025. Malcolm Ridgway replied that he will not sign until he has read all of the schedule and asked what the £146,500 contains besides implementation.
Ask: Tom wanted the order form back by 14 Feb 2025 and restated that the total includes the one-off implementation fee.
Customer view: Malcolm is cautious and wants first-year and second-year subscription figures in writing, plus the base for any percentage on the schedule. The thread shows no signature.
Next: Tom to answer both questions in writing before 14 Feb 2025.

- Tom Ashdown 12 Feb 2025 14:55Hi Malcolm, Order form for the Enterprise tier attached for signature, with the schedule behind it. Lewis has been through the terms with you and Fiona, so there should be nothing new in there. One thing worth saying plainly: the deal total is £146,500, and that includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price. The schedule shows the split, so please have a read of that before you sign. We would like it back by 14 Feb 2025 if you can manage it. If your team needs another look, no drama, just tell me. If you would rather walk through the schedule, let's get something in the diary. Best, Tom
- Malcolm Ridgway 12 Feb 2025 15:15Tom, Received. I am reading the schedule now and will not sign until I have been through all of it. Two questions. What is in the £146,500 besides implementation? And what is the subscription in the first year against the second? Put it in writing, please. I need the base for any percentage on the schedule before I accept it. I will come back to you before 14 Feb 2025. Malcolm Ridgway
