What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Mostly scheduling: Lewis Kerr and Deepa Chauhan fixed a discovery call for Wednesday at 14:00. Deepa asked for credit control to attend, saying the pain is the gap between branch and credit control views.
Ask: Deepa accepted the slot and asked to bring credit control and the key-account lead. Lewis welcomed this and offered to add them directly.
Customer view: She frames the problem as branch and credit control seeing different pictures of an account, including who put it on stop and why.
Next: Lewis holds the hour, sends the invitation and brings questions on the CRM, accounting system and dispute logging.

- Lewis Kerr 28 Nov 2024 12:28Hello Deepa, Thank you for taking my call earlier. As discussed, I'd like to book a discovery conversation so I can understand how your branch, key-account and credit-control teams work with a trade account today, and what you would want to see in one place. I can offer Tuesday at 10:00, Wednesday at 14:00 or Thursday at 11:00 next week. I'd suggest an hour, which should be enough to cover the systems involved and who uses them. If it is easier to include anyone else from your side, just tell me and I'll adjust. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Deepa Chauhan 28 Nov 2024 13:25Hi Lewis, Thanks for this. Wednesday at 14:00 works for me. One thing I need from the call: I'd like someone from credit control in the room, because most of the pain is in the gap between what the branch sees and what credit control sees. Which account, which branch, who has put it on stop, and why. If I can get one of them to join, would that be all right? I'd rather they heard it first hand than through me. I'll also bring the key-account lead if diaries allow. Thanks, Deepa
- Lewis Kerr 28 Nov 2024 14:16Deepa, That's very welcome, the more of the people who actually use these systems on the call, the better. I'll hold Wednesday at 14:00 for an hour and send the invitation today. Please forward it to credit control and the key-account lead, or send me their addresses and I'll add them directly. To put a number on it, I'd like to leave the call knowing which systems matter most to you, and I'll bring a short list of questions on the CRM, the accounting system and where disputes get logged so you don't have to prepare anything. Kind regards, Lewis
